Onion poha, Flattened rice, Kande pohe - Easy and tasty dish for Snacks time or for breakfast. Very good appetizer. It is main breakfast in many houses of the state Maharashtra of India.
It is easy, quick and can be made with few ingredients.

Following are the ingredients to make this tasty and authentic Poha:
3 cups poha (Flattened rice flakes)
1 cup chopped onion
3-4 green chilies chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp sugar
salt as per taste
