16. Date and tamarind chutney for samosas chaats,Imli ki chutney for chaats bhel Panipuri,Chinch Chutney


Tamarind chutney or imli ki chutney is mainly used in various items of chaats like Bhel-puri, pani-puri, ragada patties. This chutney gives perfect taste to any kind of chaat. Again you can use this chutney not only for chaat but you can serve it with samosas, dhoklas, spring rolls etc.
This chutney can be made in bulk and you can keep it in Refrigerator for about one month.
Following are the ingredients for making this chutney.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Jaggery
1 Inch Ginger
1 Cup Tamarind
1/2 cup seedless dates
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp dry cumin seeds powder
salt as per taste
