Following are the ingredients for making this moist, yummy and easy Cheese cake.
For the crust:
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
2 tbsp sugar
for the cheesecake:
500 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
100 grams of sour cream
zest of 1 small lemon
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
for topping:
1 cup chocolate ganache
1 cup strawberry sauce
